FAQ

What we usually get asked.

Does it cost anything to join?

The conversation and the analysis don't. The four-week trial has a token fee that's fully deducted from the setup if you stay. We'll give you the figures on the first call.

Am I committed to signing up?

No. When the trial ends, you decide. No commitment.

Why founder terms?

Because the first businesses help us validate the system in the real world. That work has value and we reward it with better terms.

What happens to my data?

It's confidential. If you ask, we sign a non-disclosure agreement. We only publish your case with your permission, and without your name if you prefer.

Why only a few businesses per industry?

So we can give each one the time it needs, and so the product serves the whole industry, not just one business.
